Fun Time Vacation Village, located in Crescent City, Florida, is a lakeside destination aimed at providing small to mid sized company team building retreats. Capitalizing on the natural serenity of its surroundings, participants engage in activities designed to foster community and collaboration as well as personal growth and development.
Accommodations are uniquely arranged into eight creatively themed housing units that provide participants a comfortable setting with semi-private rooms as well as communal space conducive to small group bonding. Each en-suite four bedroom housing unit can accommodate up to eight participants, with either one or two guests assigned per room.
The main building (The Saloon) is a multi purpose space with areas for group presentations, communal dining, and social interaction.

For optimal program success, group activities need to be coordinated with the Fun Time Vacation Village Activities Director and scheduled in advance of a retreat. An itinerary for the week is jointly established and cooperatively executed to provide each organization the opportunity to structure and implement their own specialized organizational training.
Additionally, jointly developing each corporation’s individualized retreat enables Fun Time Vacation Village to post the schedule in each housing unit so that participants know what to expect and can manage their time accordingly.

Fun Time Vacation Village offers a variety of activities regularly, as well as special activities that may vary in availability. Fun Time Vacation Village also reserves the right to cancel any activity at any time for any reason (weather, staff, equipment, etc.). Participants must sign a waiver prior to engaging in physical sports or activities.
Daytime activities may include, but are not limited to, cornhole and volleyball tournaments, team relay races and outdoor challenges.
Evening activities may include, but are not limited to, talent shows and competitions, movies and entertainment.
Professional development workshops may include, but are not limited to, discussions on communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and leadership.
